Annie Pao graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2001, a Bachelor of Laws in 2003 and a Master of Laws in 2006.
Annie was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004.
Annie joined Aequitas Attorneys in 2006 and is now part of the property team at Aequitas VTS Lawyers. Prior to 2006, she worked in an accounting firm in its tax division.

Conveyancing in relation to sales and purchases of residential properties including community and company title properties, off-the-plan sales and purchases and preparation of deeds of option to acquire properties.
Matters relating to compliance with and the requirements under the Foreign Acquisitions & Takeovers Act including applications for approvals by the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).
Acting for landlords and tenants in relation to commercial and retail leases.
