Jenny Ji was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in October 2010 after graduating from the University of New South Wales with degrees in Accounting and Law in 2009.
Since early 2010, Jenny has worked on numerous large commercial and property transactions as a law graduate and as a solicitor.
Jenny’s current practice includes the following areas of legal work:

Advising on commercial and joint venture agreements in Australia and China (in English and Chinese).

Due diligence inquiries (including advising on documents written in Chinese). |

Commercial and retail leasing for shopping centres and mixed-use buildings. |

Sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties. |
Jenny Ji is fluent in Mandarin and Shanghainese and her combined legal expertise and language skills will be of benefit to many of the clients of Aequitas VTS Lawyers particularly those who intend to invest in or are undertaking corporate and/or commercial transactions in China. |
